Catkin Cosmetics guarantees return on any damaged products and incorrect orders where you received the wrong product/never received products. You can apply for return within 7 days from the date of receipt, but the following conditions must be met:
Return Conditions
1) The original packaging of the returned product has not been opened or used; 2) The returned goods must be the same as the original box packaging at the time of receipt.
1. Please contact Customer Service by service@catkin.com, providing the transaction record, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3. Deliver the package to the designated return address, but the customer is responsible for return shipping fee generated by the return.
4. Most returns are processed within 1-3 business days after we receive your package. We will refund the corresponding payment in another 1-3 business days if we will not otherwise inform you.
Exchange
If you wish to exchange one bought item for another one, you can place a new order for that one once your return request is accepted, such that you can get your new item with the least amount of time.
Refund
Our policy last for 30 business days from date of purchase or 7 days after item delivered. If an item doesn’t arrive, doesn't materially match the description or is defective, and your payment is eligible, we’ll reimburse the full cost of eligible purchases paid, including shipping costs within 1-3 business days.
If item is undelivered due to shipping carrier's mistake. E.g. Lost in transit, delivered to wrong address, but we have provided them correct address. We will send you a replacement order without additional cost. However, this is not subject to refund due to unforeseen delay.
For orders shipped to the wrong address due to a customer inputting the incorrect address, the customer must cover the cost of ordering replacement items so please be extremely careful when entering your shipping address.

i love this cushion foundation!! it’s so beautifully packaged i was genuinely in awe when it arrived (as you can tell in the picture). i had seen a review on tiktok for this brand and she had a glowing review so i had high hopes… it didn’t disappoint! i’m someone who has quite dry, pale, and red skin so foundations usually flake or look cakey on me but this one sits on the skin like a skincare product! it’s lightweight (i literally forget i am wearing foundation), its coverage is excellent, and it’s really moisturising too. all my other products sit and blend well on top of it. the only issue i have is the complete lack of shades, this brand/product is simply not inclusive at all. i wanted to share my experience with some of poc friends so they could get the same joy i get after using this product but after checking we couldn’t find a single shade (on any product) darker than a slight tan. as a pale girl this is perfect for me (the pictures included are me wearing the foundation, glasses on and off) however if you’re someone with a deeper completion i wouldn’t recommend this brand/product, that being said i ordered the palest shade and it is slightly too warm toned for me but that’s not even noticeable once you put other products on top. definitely will be buying again, excellent quality product for a foundation on the cheaper side :D
I absolutely love this product. It was my first cushion I have ever bought and I love it. It will be my new main foundation production. It is light and airy but provides good coverage. I have fair skin and it doesn’t make me look yellow or cakey like many western foundations.
I love this, it’s honestly the best foundation I’ve ever used. It’s so light and feels lovely on your skin. You can build it up on the skin to cover areas that need a little extra help! It leaves your skin flawless with a lovely matt finish and is super easy to apply. When you couple that with the wonderfully beautiful packaging, you have a real winner.
Bom dia . Meu nome é Claudia, foi minha filha Priscila que comprou a base cushion para mim, eu estava no Canadá, agora já estou no Brasil. Sou morena clara escolhi a cor C03 e ficou perfeita, na foto ficou um pouco escura. A base é maravilhosa, tem uma textura leve e aveludada, não deixa a pele grudenta, tem um acabamento super natural e delicado. Já a embalagem é de uma elegância e um bom gosto que se torna um lindo presente é uma verdadeira obra de arte. Chegou tudo certinho e muito bem embalado. Fiquei encantada com tudo. Com certeza irei comprar de novo.
Took ages to arrive and the box was damaged but the products were all there undamaged. Foundation is really moisturising and light weight, has almost no coverage with only one layer but is buildable.
am in love always hear people say there skin look like glass but OMG mine does and needless i say the packaging is amazing and the fact it comes with a refil for this price is amazing highend product but very affordable
This cushion foundation provide medium, buildable coverage, the finish is very natural. it has Longevity quality that works for some one who needs to wear make up for longer time. Love it.
My skin usually flakes so badly and this was amazing and went on so easily! The only problem is that it was way too light. I wish the color range was better.
This product is excellent for over-all lasting coverage. I never fail to receive compliments on my makeup application. Once applied it lasts through the day and into early evening...
The packaging is different; the sponge is smaller in diameter but a tad thicker. I don't know what this does but I have noticed that there isn't as much pigmented product on my makeup brush as with the previous foundation. I am wondering if there is just less product in general...
My new all time favorite foundation!! (& believe me, I’ve used many others &in the highest price range) It feels so light and looks very natural. I even feel like it’s improved my skin. I have 6 daughters and have purchased this product for each of them & they’ve each LOVED it!!
As others have said, the packaging for every item I received were absolutely beautiful. This was my first time ordering from Catkin and I purchased the Panda and the Summer Palace cushions in both shades N11 and N12. Be aware that the shades are a little different from each formula. I am currently in my winter skin tone which is a perfect fit to most Asian cushions in a shade 23. The Summer Palace cushions run a bit lighter than the same number shades in the Panda. Both formulas are very nice, hydrating, and light enough for the shades to be pretty forgiving. Like most cushions, the finish is natural and light. I'd say my best shade match is the Panda foundation in N11, the Summer Palace N11 is almost too light but actually blends in very well so they both work for me in the winter. I will use the two N12s for the warmer months. Overall, I would highly recommend for the quality, value, and cute factor! I wish Catkin products were more readily available in stores.
I bought this as a gift for my lovely niece and she loves it. She is a Partner, Mother to 3 kiddies under the age of 5 and a part time Postie. She is extremely busy and outdoors a lot and loves the how fuss free this BB cream Foundation is as it protects her skin while outside and is quick and easy to apply. The next best thing, she told me, is the compact that comes with it, it is so pretty and people are always commenting on it. Catkin products are not only quality at a great price but also satisfies the prettiness we girls look for to give us that little lift. I would highly recommend this product to family and friends. One last thing, I also use a BB cream foundation from Catkin, there is colour palette for every skin type.
Very similar product to another high-end brand I use but 1/3 the cost, and I think it’s better! My skin looks flawless and stays that way all day. I will be a repeat customer.
