Catkin Cosmetics guarantees return on any damaged products and incorrect orders where you received the wrong product/never received products. You can apply for return within 7 days from the date of receipt, but the following conditions must be met:
Return Conditions
1) The original packaging of the returned product has not been opened or used;
2) The returned goods must be the same as the original box packaging at the time of receipt.
1. Please contact Customer Service by service@catkin.com, providing the transaction record, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3. Deliver the package to the designated return address, but the customer is responsible for return shipping fee generated by the return.
4. Most returns are processed within 1-3 business days after we receive your package. We will refund the corresponding payment in another 1-3 business days if we will not otherwise inform you.
Exchange
If you wish to exchange one bought item for another one, you can place a new order for that one once your return request is accepted, such that you can get your new item with the least amount of time.
Refund
Our policy last for 30 business days from date of purchase or 7 days after item delivered. If an item doesn’t arrive, doesn't materially match the description or is defective, and your payment is eligible, we’ll reimburse the full cost of eligible purchases paid, including shipping costs within 1-3 business days.
If item is undelivered due to shipping carrier's mistake. E.g. Lost in transit, delivered to wrong address, but we have provided them correct address. We will send you a replacement order without additional cost. However, this is not subject to refund due to unforeseen delay.
For orders shipped to the wrong address due to a customer inputting the incorrect address, the customer must cover the cost of ordering replacement items so please be extremely careful when entering your shipping address.

Purtroppo alcuni articoli che ho ordinato ( ben n. 3 su 5) sono arrivati danneggiati. Due rossetti completamente spezzati. Peccato perché l'involucro è robusto e bellissimo, ma il rossetto, con le incisioni, risulta un po' piccolo/sottile, quindi penso più fragile di altri; il colore non perfettamente rispondente alle foto e sbava un po', ma il profumo di rosa è molto gradevole. Confido in una risposta alla e-mail e in un cambio.

Very creamy but nice, you can brur it easily. I thought the color was diferent, I only guided with the pictures on the web site but clearly they need more skins tones. But I really like the case, love the design.

Amazing let's start with the case it's a piece of art and a magnetic top makes it snap lovely sound the inside is so beautiful you almost don't want to use it but it's a must. Most of all the pigmentation is amazing. Goodbye again most definitely.
Questo rossetto è piacevole al tatto, molto pigmentato e facile da usare in quanto contiene nell'astuccio una calamita che aiuta nella chiusura, più adatto in estate se si hanno le labbra secche in quanto è molto asciutto, ma proprio per questo non sbava mai.
This lipstick is a work of art. The detail and design are amazing. I bought the color C0157. It is a nice neutral mauve color and goes on well.
I don't have a bad thing to say about this lipstick. The packaging is gorgeous. Added bonus is that the cap is magnetic so I know it's not going to pop off and float around my purse. Goes on very smooth and easy to control, doesn't have a bad taste or stick to my teeth, and it lasts for a long time without needing a second application.

The carving is detailed :) Although I bought it manly because of how pretty it is the pigmentation of the lipstick is also good. (I bought CR129)
This lipstick is beautiful. Of course I mostly bought it for the packaging, it is simply stunning. I did like the product itself as well, didn't have problem with application. I don't think it's very lasting but I don't see a problem because this means I will need to whip out this pretty thing in public to reapply. The color is red with a tiny hint of orange

С продавцом не общалась. Небольшой эстетический минус в упаковке посылки - в предыдущую покупку губная помада была упакована в фирменную коробочку Catkin и зафиксирована внутри наполнителем, не болталась по коробке.

CR129 is what I think of as a true Chinese-style red lip. Not dark, but definitely dramatic - a clear neutral matte red, with no blue in it. Because it is neutral, and a little bit sheer, I think it would be a wearable classic red on a wide range of skin tones. I’m very pale with olive undertones, and it’s quite a vampiric red on me. In the tube, this shade is stunning - the carved details look exactly like a cinnabar box, but in exquisite miniature. Many of the details are finer than the ridges of my fingerprint.
Shade CO134 looks quite terra cotta in the tube, but is a bright orange-red on. Very flattering on my very fair, yellow-olive undertones - its warmth makes my skin look cooler-toned. I’m not sure how wearable this would be for people with naturally cool undertones. It’s definitely matte but quite sheer, which makes it more forgiving than an opaque orange. It’s also very lightweight and non-drying, setting to an almost powdery finish which is quite smudge- and transfer-resistant. I don’t have any other lipsticks with this texture and I’m really enjoying it. This is definitely high-performing makeup as well as a beautiful piece for my dresser.
