I love this lip balm. I’ve been searching online, without success, for years, looking for this very color in a lipstick. It’s not something I thought would suit me, and I tried this shade anyway, waiting to be disappointed. Instead, I love it. I also love the container, it’s beautiful.

Catkin Cosmetics guarantees return on any damaged products and incorrect orders where you received the wrong product/never received products. You can apply for return within 7 days from the date of receipt, but the following conditions must be met:
Return Conditions
1) The original packaging of the returned product has not been opened or used;
2) The returned goods must be the same as the original box packaging at the time of receipt.
1. Please contact Customer Service by service@catkin.com, providing the transaction record, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3. Deliver the package to the designated return address, but the customer is responsible for return shipping fee generated by the return.
4. Most returns are processed within 1-3 business days after we receive your package. We will refund the corresponding payment in another 1-3 business days if we will not otherwise inform you.
Exchange
If you wish to exchange one bought item for another one, you can place a new order for that one once your return request is accepted, such that you can get your new item with the least amount of time.
Refund
Our policy last for 30 business days from date of purchase or 7 days after item delivered. If an item doesn’t arrive, doesn't materially match the description or is defective, and your payment is eligible, we’ll reimburse the full cost of eligible purchases paid, including shipping costs within 1-3 business days.
If item is undelivered due to shipping carrier's mistake. E.g. Lost in transit, delivered to wrong address, but we have provided them correct address. We will send you a replacement order without additional cost. However, this is not subject to refund due to unforeseen delay.
For orders shipped to the wrong address due to a customer inputting the incorrect address, the customer must cover the cost of ordering replacement items so please be extremely careful when entering your shipping address.

suzi m03 The first shade in CO1) is like a colour changing lip moisturiser. It only changes slight colour to a very pale, warm glossy pink shade. The PH is subtle and totally compliments your natural lip shade. It's so hydrating and provides the most gorgeous sheer gloss look as well as keeping your lips so moisturised. I actually love this one. The second shade in ( C03) is the most beautiful autumnal shade. It has just the right amount of pigmentation for me and looks simply gorgeous on. These lipsticks are so moisturising and hydrating and gorgeous to apply with such a sheer and glossy finish. All Catkins lipsticks come in a magnetic container, so they just clip together with no worry of the lid coming off and making a mess in your makeup bag/purse. It's so worth exploring this brand as they have some gorgeous palettes too at not over the top prices. You do have to wait for delivery though as they're obviously coming from China. I get chapped lips a lot and saw this on sale. I got c06 for some tint and it goes on sheer but adds a beautiful natural red. It’s a little tacky at first but does the job moisturizing and relieving my dry lips. Bonus is the packaging details and I luv the magnet closure. This will be my go to lip rescue everyday. I already have a collection of their lipstick but a lip balm I need all the time.

This is a great long lasting moisturizer for your lips. It does not require constant reapplication throughout the day. Morning, Noon and night will do it����well maybe a few more if you bite your lips like me or have other habits that might rub it off. Eating! lol CATKIN is great! Go ahead and get it now! Once in the morning and once at night keeps my lips soft and moisturized. I have used it for years and I plan on sticking with it. I do not notice any flavor or scent.
This feels and goes on like a lip balm, which I love. Lipsticks rarely work for me and I don’t like heavy makeup. This is a sheer coverage, almost like a lip stain or tint kind of effect. Again, perfect for my likes. A very natural look. Not shiny and not matte either.

Honestly, I prefer Catkin cosmetics to the high-end French brands I’ve always used, particularly the Summer Palace BB Cushion foundation. It is flawless on my skin and lasts all day. The Moonlight Lip Balms, especially the glitter colors, keep my lips soft and give just enough color.

Product has arrived but melted on the way, so easily broke off after first couple of uses
I LOVE both colors - Fairy and Sunflower. Unfortunately, both of them were broken in transit. I had to clean them up around the edges of the tubes and now I have to be careful not to break them further because I do definitely like them. I just wish they were more stable in the tubes. Also, beautiful packaging, by the way.
